The My Incredible World Story
My Incredible World is a family-owned business run by husband-and-wife team Bill and Hope Aicher in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Our journey began when our youngest son, who has special needs following multiple strokes and infantile spasms, asked for a book about roosters. Unable to find one we liked, we decided to create it ourselves.
That single book turned into another, and soon we realized families and educators appreciated them just as much as we did. What started as a personal project has grown into hundreds of books in the My Incredible World series, with over 50,000 copies sold worldwide.
Co-founder Hope Aicher holds a Master’s Degree in Child and Family Policy and draws on her experience as a reading interventionist and early elementary special education teacher. Her expertise ensures each book nurtures curiosity and helps children explore the incredible world of animals and nature.
